In the year 1991 I was working at a BlockBuster Video and attending college at Houston Baptist University (herein "HBU"). By this time, I'd attended three proms: My own in 1987, my friend Paige's in 1989 and my friend Verona's in 1990. I know, it may seem lame now, but a party's a party, okay? When the day of 1991 prom came around, I sadly realized that I would not be continuing the tradition; however, a peculiar thought suddenly occurred to me -- why did I need a date? All I really needed to attend prom were the right clothes and the right attitude. Sure, there are lines where you have to check in, and yeah, it might have been a bit illegal, maybe, but the check-in lines were always a formality. With this mindset, I convinced my friend Carl that he should also attend. I even came up with a way to document our visit by creating a short feature around the evening. That afternoon, I quickly wrote the first draft of Back To The Future 4. The script was very corny and very cheesy, but nevertheless a daunting task. The story is set in 1991 and begins as I am walking along the roalroad tracks while toting a can of gas back to my car. I discover pieces of electronic equipment (the destroyed Delorean) which I promptly load into my trunk. Through the week, I incorporate the parts into the innards of my Toyota Corolla. Carl stops by to visit one day and accidentally shatters my souvenir senior prom glass. I suggest that we get into my car, go back in time, attend our 1987 prom again, and retrieve another prom glass. In reality, the 1991 Jersey Village High School prom would stand in for the 1987 prom. The end product features approximately 10 location shoots (which includes setting a deserted road on fire to account for the tire-fire trails and some minor car stunts). Don't expect Oscar worthy performances from myself or Carl, but the movie is good for a chuckle or two.

The running time of the complete short is approximately 22 minutes and has been split up into 4 sections. I also include a deleted scene that briefly existed (until I came to my senses).
