When CoWorkers Get Dressed Up and Act Like FreaksHere are the photos I was able to take at Scot & Gary's 11th annual Halloween party. There would be more if gravity didn't exist (my 50mm lens would be in better shape). I came as Batman and my g/f at the time Rebecca came as Evil Spice. I bought my Batman costume in 1989 for $325 from a little costume shop in Pasadena, TX called Joe Sam's Fun Shop. This is a bit off-topic, but the photo of me as Batman below was taken around 1990 in downtown Houston, very close to where the party happened, within a warehouse I'd found marked off with yellow 'DO NOT ENTER' police tape. Rebecca looked great, her hair sprayed black, glitter everywhere, stockings, little black dress. I was impressed (as were several others of the male persuasion). My favorite photos are of Daniel Parker's group who were dressed as characters from Fight Club, and Mike & Heather Arnold who dressed up as Mike & Heather of Blair Witch Project fame. "We're Mike & Heather and we're lookin' for Josh." David Shepherd dressed up as one of the characters from the film Slap Shot.
